Stephen Cook as Product Development Leader

Stephen Cook, a technology entrepreneur and consultant, joins nMetric as new Product Development Leader. Steve will play a key role in nMetric’s continuous improvement and expansion of the analytical capabilities of our scheduling engine as nMetric continues to build its leadership as an innovator in scheduling and task management software for the manufacturing environment.

The serial creator of multiple tech ventures, Cook joins nMetric’s leadership team with deep expertise in both entrepreneurial and technological initiatives. Prior to joining nMetric, Cook founded or co-founded a number of internet businesses and served as Special Projects Manager of Technology Ventures Corporation, a nonprofit assistance program founded by Lockheed Martin in 1993 to help entrepreneurs to develop successful technology-based companies and create high-wage jobs in communities.

Steve’s extensive knowledge of and experience in leading edge, innovation and intelligent software development will bring fresh ideas, expertise and energy to nMetric’ product development and leadership teams. As an entrepreneur, Steve is fully committed to nMetric’s mission of make scheduling work in complex environments easier, less time consuming and more productive.

Cook earned his B.S. in Physics from New Mexico Tech, and his Masters of Business Administration from the Robert O. Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico. His technical specialties include rapid and agile development, database and schema design, network architecture, clustered computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and business intelligence. He is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
